purchase a product or service at JHstudios.com, you accept these

FULL COLOR PRINTING
COLOR MATCHING
Because we are a "gang run" style printer we are able to offer lower
prices than our competition. We submit the day's orders on a 20"x26"
or 28"x40" sheet and cut the jobs apart in order to reduce the costs
of making plates and other fixed setup charges. Because of
differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between
color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing
color" variation between color proofs and the completed job (as
determined by generally accepted trade technical methods) is to be
expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered
acceptable performance and the print job will not be refundable or
exchangeable. PMS matching is not available.
PROOFING OF ARTWORK THAT WE DESIGN
You will be provided with a digital proof of every project we design before
the artwork is sent to print. You will be required to approve
said print before production begins. The customer is
responsible for carefully reviewing the proof for any design flaws
or typographical errors before approving the proof for print. After
the customer has approved the digital proof and the artwork has been
sent into production, no revisions can be made to the artwork.
There are no refunds or reprints on any print work, after the
digital proof has been approved by the customer and the printing
process has begun.
BRING YOUR OWN ARTWORK
Bring your own artwork (you provide your own artwork to be printed) is printed "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of quality or printability.
CLAIMS
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client
in writing no later than 5 calendar days after delivery. If no such
claim is made, JH Studios, Inc. and the client will understand that
the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client agree
that JH Studios, Inc. has performed and fully satisfied all terms,
conditions and specifications.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
JH Studios, Inc. will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods
ordered plus or minus a small amount. There is no extra charge for
additional amounts. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or
minus 5%.
SIZE VARIATIONS
Sizes of print vary as much as 1/16th of an inch. This is normal and within industry standards.
PROMOTIONAL
PRODUCTS & MOUSE PADS
Any imprinted items such as stress relievers, key chains, mouse
pads, magnets, lanyards, badge reels, bottle openers, candy, snacks,
mints, pens, pencils and all other items commonly referred to as a
"Promotional Product" are non-refundable after a period of 24 hours
from the purchase time. The order can be cancelled only during
that 24 hour period with a 5% cancellation fee. Unless a rush
order has been purchased on a promotional product, there is no
guarantee of exact delivery. Any dates given for delivery,
without the purchase of a rush date, are estimated delivery times
and are NOT guaranteed. No refunds or credit will be
given for promotional products not being delivered on a particular
date, expected by the purchaser unless there was a rush order placed
with the order and the rush order fees were secured at purchase.
Based on the expected delivery date, provided by the purchaser at
placement of the order,
JH Studios® has the
right to decline acceptance of orders that we do not feel we will be
able to meet with or without a rush fee.
Although JH Studios®
, as a whole, will try to get all
promotional products and mouse pads out to our customers as fast as
possible, but unforeseen problems can arise in the production
process.
There are no refunds for either printed
and non-printed promotional products. Only under the rare
cases that a promotional product is defective or was printed poorly
will we issue a reprint and that is based on a case by case basis.
Proof of a defective product or print job is required and all items
must be returned in the condition that they were shipped before a
case review will be taken under consideration.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING CHARGES
JH Studios will automatically bill your credit card for
shipping charges after your product has shipped. Typically you
will be automatically charged for shipping once the product has
shipped, however a delay in billing may occur depending on when your
product shipped and when we receive our bill from our shipping
company. You will
be provided with a receipt for your shipping charge.
GENERAL
CREDIT
JH Studios, Inc.
requires full payment for all products & services before any
production will begin. In some cases, on some products or
services, JH Studios, Inc. will allow a payment to be made in
installments. Any payments made to JH Studios, Inc. for any
product or service is retained as credit for that product or service
until the production or shipping process has begun. JH
Studios, Inc. will retain said credit for a period of no longer than
180 days from the date of payment or the credit will be forfeit.
After the 180 day period, JH Studios, Inc. is no longer required to
retain said credit or honor the purchase of those products or
services.
In a case that JH
Studios, Inc. issues a store credit for any product or service, the
recipient of that credit must use said credit amount within 180 days
of the date of the original purchase or the credit will be forfeit.
After the 180 day period, JH Studios, Inc. will no longer be
required to honor said credit in whole or in part.
